How does the dress rental process work?
You are invited to explore our collection on our website. Once you have selected a dress, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or through our website to inquire about its availability.
Upon confirming your booking and completing the payment, you may collect the dress in-store.
We highly recommend visiting our store to try on your chosen dress. This ensures that you are completely satisfied with the fit before finalizing your purchase. Thank you for considering us, and we look forward to assisting you!
How long can I rent a dress for?
Our standard rental period is three days. If your event is on a Saturday, you may collect the dress on Friday and return it on the following Monday (we're closed on Sundays). For Thursday events, collect on Wednesday and return on Friday.
If you require the dress for longer, please contact us before the rental period ends. An additional fee of R200 per day applies for extended rentals.
What happens if I return the dress late?
If you need an extension, please contact us in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts with other bookings.
Late returns or unarranged extensions will incur a fee of R200 per additional day.
Do you offer delivery and collection services?
Regrettably, we do not offer courier or delivery services. All rentals must be collected and returned at our Boutique in Camps Bay.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental period may qualify for a partial refund (less an admin fee). Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund.
What if I damage the dress?
If the dress is returned with rips, stains, or alterations that render it unwearable, you will be liable for the full retail value as a replacement fee.
Do I need to clean the dress before returning it?
No. We handle all cleaning. Please do not attempt to wash or dry clean the dress, as it may cause damage.
